EASY08 is the development tool for the family HC908 Freescale

EASY08 is a development system intended for designers of systems based on the Motorola HC908 microcontroller family.

EASY08 makes the most of the ISP (In-System Programming) and ICS (In-Circuit Simulation) functions of these processors to program flash memory and allow the simulation of real time program.

With other programs, like CodeWarrior or P & E Micro assemblers, EASY08 developer provides all the necessary tools to successfully accomplish all development stages including: code editing, assembly or compilation, flash recording and simulation program at the same board where the final version will run. This type of simulation, in real time, and at the microchip authentic speed demonstrate that both the software and hardware behavior operate as planned. The EASY08 is connected to a PC via an RS232 serial port and the card containing the chip through a MON08 interface type with a 20 wire ribbon cable. Optionally, the chips can be recorded outside the active circuit using the programming board included.
